Change your name, password, and look

Open Settings

• On a phone, tap More in the bottom bar, then Settings.
• On a computer, tap your initials in the top corner, then Settings.

Update your profile

1. Tap Edit on the card with your name. Under Personal information, change your Display name. This is the name Stage Management and the leaderboard show.
2. Add a Phone number if you want Stage Management to have it.
3. If your organization pays crew and asks for it, fill in Employee ID.
4. Tap Save profile.

Change your password

1. Under Change password, type a new password of at least 8 characters in New password.
2. Type it again in Confirm password.
3. Tap Change password.

Show or hide yourself on the leaderboard

If your organization uses the leaderboard, Settings has a Show me on the leaderboard switch under Notifications & privacy.

• Turn Show me on the leaderboard on or off. It saves right away.
• Until you choose, you follow your organization’s default. Once you’ve chosen, tap Use my organization’s default to go back to it.
• Even when you’re hidden, you still see your own rank on the Leaderboard tab. Nobody else does.

Switch between light and dark

The app follows your device’s setting until you choose. Under Appearance in Settings, pick System, Light or Dark, or tap the sun or moon switch at the top of the screen. System goes back to following your device.

Sign out

Tap Sign out at the bottom of Settings. On a phone you can also tap More, then Sign out; on a computer, your initials, then Sign out.
